Buffalo Chicken Wings
Inspired by techniques from Serious Eats and America's Test Kitchen.
These wings follow the same baking-powder base method as the plain oven-baked wings, minus the paprika and garlic, then get tossed in a glossy butter and hot-sauce buffalo sauce with a cooling blue cheese dip and celery.
