Refund Policy

This policy covers paid subscriptions to Velvet at velvetcookbook.com. Last updated 2026-10-30.

Plans

• Monthly: $4.99 per month.
• Yearly: $39.99 per year.

Prices may be shown in your local currency and taxes may be added at checkout. Orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our online reseller and merchant of record, which handles payment, billing, invoices and sales tax.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time: sign in, open Account and choose Manage subscription, then enter the email you subscribed with. Your subscription stays active until the end of the period you paid for and is not renewed. UK and EU subscribers: we (through Lemon Squeezy) will email you a reminder before an annual plan renews.

Refunds

• EU/EEA and UK customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because access to digital content starts immediately, you will be asked at checkout to agree to immediate access; where the law still allows a refund, we will provide it.
• If you were charged by mistake (for example a renewal you meant to cancel, or a duplicate charge), contact us within 14 days and we will refund it.
• Otherwise, payments for a started period are generally not refundable, except where required by law.

How to request a refund

Email hello@velvetcookbook.com with your order number. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Lemon Squeezy; timing depends on your bank.
