Prawn Fried Rice with Egg, Peas and Sweetcorn
Inspired by techniques from NYT Cooking, Serious Eats and America's Test Kitchen.
This follows the same egg fried rice method as our spring onion version, with raw king prawns seared first until opaque, plus carrot, garlic, peas and sweetcorn stir-fried before the rice — the prawns and egg go back in right at the end.
