Omurice

Omurice is a Japanese home-style dish of fried rice wrapped in or topped with a soft omelette, its name a blend of 'omelette' and 'rice'. It grew out of early 20th-century Western-style cafés in Japan and remains a favourite of both children and adults, usually finished with a zigzag of ketchup.
